It is no surprise then that Abhay (Uday Chopra) loves her too. More than his computer programs and MAC stores he thinks of Alisha. Who is Abhay? Abhay is a nerdy, awkward, socially challenged, bespectacled geek of the college who is so far removed from her world that she doesn't even know that people like him actually exist.
This is a love story of impossible proportions, how can a man like Abhay ever hope to be with a woman like Alisha, and therein lies the story...
Abhay has quietly loved Alisha all his life. One day he musters up enough courage to go and express his true feelings to her and realizes that it is never gonna happen.

Somewhere on the second-half of this slightly seductive jigsaw about a one-night scam, filmmaker Sudhir Mishra shows up as Neha Dhupia’s father who drops in to have a chat with his sullen sultry daughter on the way to the airport.
Little does the stoic Mishra know beti-babe has two men stashed away in a cupboard in the living room that looks consciously like a prop on a stage- set.
Quirky sex comedies are allowed their moments of eccentricity.
Last time we saw a benevolent patriarch stop over in transit was Sanjay Dutt in Rohit Shetty’s comedy All The Best.
Maybe at this point Shukla deliberately wanted to introduce an element of staged comedy.After all, isn’t the world a stage? Shakespeare got there first. But hell. Saurabh Shukla is panting from behind to catch Sheakespeare’s comedy of ‘eros’ in a modern context.

Coming out of Avatar or 2012, one really wonders if we’ll be able to watch something like this, ever in Bollywood. Or are we doomed to watch the same old boy-meets-girl skullduggery over and over again?
And exactly a week later, as you step out after your rendezvous with the ‘3 idiots’ you can’t help but think, what the heck… so what if we can’t blow up some planets or save the human race with our SFX, at least, we can blow some minds with our honesty and pristine performances.

Ram Gopal Verma's Sarkar 3 has become flash point between Ranbir Kapoor and the maverick director. According to sources the actor refused RGV's offer to play Amitabh Bachchan's grandson in the upcoming political thriller.
“Ranbir was best suited to play Kay Kay Menon`s son in ‘Sarkar 3’, which would have seen Amitabh coaching his grandson to take over the powerful Subhash Nagre empire. Ramu was really impressed by Ranbir and approached him with the offer, but Ranbir wasn`t too excited about the film. In fact, he flatly refused to do it, ” says a source.

Here's the latest news from Shilpa-Raj's big fat wedding. Choreographer Ganesh Hegde has been assigned the task to plan and polish the dance moves of everyone from family to friends for the sangeet ceremony that will be held on November 21 in Khandala.
Talking about the event, Ganesh told a news daily, “The sangeet is not a professional thing for me. I am related to Shilpa. We are keeping this as personal as possible and haven't involved any professional dancers.
We're planning something cute where all the family members pay tribute to each other. Raj's younger brother is extremely enthusiastic about it. Raj's family members will be coming down from London.”
